

Taking a video interview, especially for first-timers, can feel a little awkward.

More and more employers are turning to video interviews to streamline their recruiting process and augment their hiring decisions. The video interview you complete here may be shared with an EBF partner company please keep that in mind when considering your presentation and environment for the interview. It is a unique opportunity for you to hone your video interview skills and prepare for the full-time workforce. This video interview software is being used across industries for entry-level and executive candidates.

The Hirevue platform will provide explicit instructions and time limits prior to each interview question and allow you the chance to practice before you get started. We also recommend you find a quiet place to conduct the interview. To participate in the video interview, you will need to either use a smartphone, tablet, or a computer with a webcam, microphone and speakers or headphones. The interview should take approximately 10-15 minutes in total. You will be prompted by the software to answer specific interview questions: some as video recordings, others as written answers. The EBF video interview will be conducted using video interview software called Hirevue, which allows for on-demand interviews.
